Pizza Maker Cooking Game: Privacy Policy

Developer: PAVKO · App ID: com.PAVKO.PizzaMakerCookingGame

This privacy policy applies to the Pizza Maker: Cooking Game app (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by PAVKO (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as a Free service with an optional in-app purchase. This service is provided “AS IS”.

A Game for Children

The Application is a cooking game designed for young children and their families. It is built to comply with the Google Play Families Policy, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the GDPR rules for children (GDPR-K).

The Application does not ask for, collect or store any personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, photos, contacts or precise location. There are no accounts, no chat and no way for a child to share content with other people.

Features intended for adults (purchases, links to other apps, the store page and privacy settings) are protected by a parental gate: a short task that an adult must complete first.

Information Collected Automatically

To keep the game working and stable, the Application uses Google services that collect limited technical information automatically:

Device information (device model, operating system version, app version, language)

Gameplay events (for example, which cooking step was started or finished, the chosen pizza shape and how long a step took)

Diagnostic information (crash logs and performance data)

Pseudonymous app identifiers (Firebase installation ID, App set ID). The Application does not collect the Android Advertising ID: the advertising ID permission is removed from the app.

This information is used only to operate the Application, fix crashes, understand which parts of the game are fun or too hard, and show non-personalized ads. It is never sold and is never used for personalized or behavioral advertising.

Advertising

The Application shows ads through Google AdMob, a Google Play Families self-certified ad network. All ad requests are tagged as directed to children and to users under the age of consent, and are limited to content rated G (suitable for all audiences).

Ads are non-personalized: no advertising ID, no interest-based advertising and no remarketing. AdMob may still process technical data (such as the IP address to estimate the country, device type and ad interactions) to deliver ads, limit how often they appear and prevent fraud.

Full-screen ads are shown only after a pizza is finished, never in the middle of cooking, and not more often than every few minutes. Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown Google’s consent message where required; it can be opened again from the “Privacy” button in the main menu (behind the parental gate).

Analytics, Crash Reports and Remote Settings

The Application uses Firebase Analytics (Google) to count anonymous gameplay events, with advertising-related data collection disabled: no advertising ID, Google signals off, and ad storage, ad user data and ad personalization set to “denied”.

The Application uses Firebase Crashlytics (Google) to receive crash reports and error logs (device model, OS version, app version and the technical state of the game at the moment of the error).

The Application uses Firebase Remote Config (Google) to receive game settings, such as how long the pizza bakes or how often ads may appear. Remote Config does not collect personal information.

Notifications

After the first finished pizza, the Application asks the parent whether they want occasional reminders. Notifications are used only if the parent agrees and allows them in the system dialog.

Reminders (for example, “The oven is hot again”) are scheduled on the device. Occasional news about the game may be sent through Firebase Cloud Messaging, which uses a device token for delivery. The Application subscribes the device only to general topics (all players and the device language); messages are never targeted at an individual child. Notifications can be turned off at any time in the phone settings.

Photos

The Application can save a picture of the finished pizza to the device gallery when the player taps the save button. The picture is created and stored only on the device; it is never uploaded or sent to the Service Provider or anyone else.

In-App Purchases

The Application offers one optional in-app purchase, “Remove Ads”, processed by Google Play Billing. The purchase screen opens only after the parental gate. Payments are handled by Google Play; the Application does not receive or store payment details.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses the following services, each with its own privacy policy:

Google AdMob (ads, child-directed and non-personalized)

Google Firebase: Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, Remote Config

Google Play Services, Google Play Billing and Google Play In-App Review

Unity (game engine)

Third Party Access / Disclosure

The Service Provider does not sell or rent any information. Information may be shared only:

With the service providers listed above that help operate the Application (ads, analytics, crash reporting, notifications, payments)

As required by law or legal process

To protect rights and safety, investigate fraud or address security issues

Parents’ Rights and Opt-Out

Parents can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application. Notifications can be turned off in the phone settings at any time. Users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland can review their ad consent through the “Privacy” button in the main menu.

Parents may ask what data is held about their child’s device or request its deletion by writing to pavkoapp@gmail.com. Because the Application does not collect names or contact details, please include the approximate date of use and the device model so that we can help.

Data Retention Policy

Analytics events are kept for up to 14 months and crash reports for up to 90 days, after which they are deleted or aggregated by Google. Data is kept only as long as needed to run and improve the Application.

Security

All data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). The Service Provider uses reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating this page.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2026-10-11.
