Mini Games Offline: One Tap: Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the Mini Games Offline: One Tap app (formerly Mini Games: Relax & Play, package com.PAVKO.MiniGamesRelaxPlay) (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by PAVKO (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as a Free service. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.
Information Collection and Use
The Application may collect information when you download and use it. This information may include:
- Your device’s Internet Protocol address, such as IP address
- Device identifiers, such as the Advertising ID / AdID, the Firebase installation ID and app instance ID, a random install identifier generated by the Application, and basic device information, including device model, operating system version, and language
- App interaction data, such as screens viewed, session time, which mini games are played, scores, daily goal progress, hints shown, ads and offers viewed, and approximate usage statistics
- Diagnostic information, such as crash logs, error reports, and performance data
- Purchase-related information, such as purchase status, product identifier, and transaction validation data
- A push notification token and the notification topics the device is subscribed to (all players and the game language), only if you allow notifications
This information may be used to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Application
- Serve and measure advertisements, including frequency capping, fraud prevention, and reporting
- Process and deliver in-app purchases
- Improve gameplay experience and app functionality
- Analyze performance, fix bugs, and improve stability
- Comply with legal obligations and platform requirements
Ads — Google AdMob
The Application uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.
AdMob may collect and process data to:
- Show ads
- Measure ad performance
- Limit repeated ad display
- Prevent fraud and abuse
- Comply with applicable legal requirements
Depending on your region, device settings, and consent preferences, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. In some regions, consent may be requested before showing personalized advertisements.
You can typically control ad personalization through your device’s privacy or advertising settings and, where available, through in-app consent or privacy options.
Consent (Google User Messaging Platform)
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the Application uses the Google User Messaging Platform to ask for your consent before ads are requested. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy settings inside the Application.
Analytics, Crash Reports and Remote Configuration — Google Firebase
The Application uses the following Google Firebase services (provider: Google LLC):
- Firebase Analytics — anonymous usage statistics (for example game started, game over with score, daily goal completed, ad or offer shown) to understand which mini games players enjoy and to improve the Application
- Firebase Crashlytics — crash and error reports with technical details (device model, OS version, app version, the screen or mini game where the error happened) to fix bugs
- Firebase Remote Config — downloads settings such as ad frequency, so the Application can be adjusted without an update
- Firebase Cloud Messaging — delivers push notifications about new goals and updates, only if you allow notifications
This data is not used to identify you personally and is not sold. Firebase may process it on Google servers outside your country. See the Google privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Notifications
If you allow notifications, the Application may show local reminders (for example, that a new daily goal is ready or that you can try to beat your record) and push messages. Local reminders are scheduled on your device. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
In-App Purchases
The Application offers in-app purchases, which are processed by the app store platform, such as Google Play Billing.
Payment processing is handled directly by the platform provider. The Service Provider does not receive or store your full payment card details.
Purchase validation and limited transaction metadata, such as purchase status and product identifier, may be processed in order to:
- Deliver purchased content
- Restore purchases where applicable
- Prevent fraud or unauthorized access to paid features
Location Information
The Application does not collect precise location data, such as GPS coordinates.
However, approximate location may be inferred by third-party services, such as advertising providers, from information like IP address. This may be used for:
- Regional compliance
- Language and localization purposes
- Ad delivery and measurement
Third-Party Services
The Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you or your device.
These third-party services may include:
- Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform — advertising and consent
- Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, Cloud Messaging) — analytics, crash reporting, configuration and notifications
- Google Play Billing — in-app purchases
- Google Play In-App Review and In-App Updates — rating requests and update prompts
- Unity — game engine and related services, where enabled
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy and data processing practices.
Third-Party Access / Disclosure
The Service Provider may share information:
- With service providers that help operate the Application, including advertising, analytics, crash reporting, and payment-related services, under agreements that limit how the data may be used
- When required by law, legal process, or valid government request
- When necessary to protect rights, safety, investigate fraud, prevent abuse, or respond to security issues
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall process available on your device or through the app marketplace.
For advertising controls, you may also use:
- Your device’s privacy and ad personalization settings
- The in-app Settings → Privacy settings option (shown where consent is required)
- Your device notification settings, to turn off reminders and push notifications
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data, if any, for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter.

Please note that some technical, purchase, or advertising-related data may be processed and retained by third-party service providers according to their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
Children
The Application does not knowingly address or collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will take steps to delete such information.

Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information processed and maintained through the Application.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.
The Service Provider will notify users of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
Continued use of the Application after updates are posted is deemed acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
