Hidden Objects: Fairy Seek: Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the Hidden Objects: Fairy Seek app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by PAVKO (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a free service with optional in-app purchases and advertising. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not ask you to create an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other information that directly identifies you.
To run the game, show advertising, process purchases, send notifications and keep the Application stable, the Application and the third-party services it uses may automatically collect the following information:
- Device and technical information: device model, operating system version, language, screen size, app version, and similar technical data.
- Identifiers: the Android advertising ID, the Firebase installation ID, a randomly generated install ID used for crash reports, and a push notification token (only if you allow notifications).
- App activity: in-game events such as levels started and completed, items found, boosters used, rewards claimed, shop screens opened, and ads watched. These events are used in aggregated form to understand how the game is played and to improve it.
- Crash logs and diagnostics: information about crashes and errors, including the state of the game at the time of the error, used to find and fix problems.
- Purchase history: which in-app products were purchased and when. Payments are processed entirely by Google Play; the Service Provider never receives your payment card or bank details.
- Approximate location: advertising and analytics partners may derive your approximate region (for example, the country) from your IP address. The Application does not request or use precise location.
Game progress, coins, boosters and settings are stored locally on your device.
Advertising
The Application shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Ad partners may use the advertising ID and the information described above to show and measure ads. Where required by law (for example, in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), the Application asks for your consent through Google's consent form before personalized ads are shown, and you can change your choice through that form when it is offered. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID or opt out of ads personalization in your device settings. Watching rewarded ads in the Application is always optional.
In-app purchases
The Application offers optional in-app purchases (coins, boosters, bundles and a Full Version without forced ads). Purchases are processed by Google Play under the Google Play terms. The Service Provider receives only information about which product was purchased, which is needed to deliver the content and to restore the Full Version on your device.
Notifications
The Application can send local reminders (for example, about daily rewards or a free gift) and push messages about game news. Notifications are sent only if you allow them. You can turn them off at any time in the Application settings or in your device settings.

The Application uses third-party services that may collect information as described in their own privacy policies:

The Service Provider does not sell your information. Information may be disclosed only to the services listed above to operate the Application, or when required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process, or when the Service Provider believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect its rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, or investigate fraud.
Data retention
Information collected by the third-party services is kept only for limited periods defined by those services (for example, crash reports are kept for up to 90 days and analytics data for a limited retention period). Data stored on your device remains there until you delete the Application or clear its data.
Your choices and opt-out rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You can also turn off notifications, reset your advertising ID, or limit ads personalization in your device settings. If you would like the Service Provider to delete analytics or crash data associated with your device, please contact pavkoapp@gmail.com and include the details needed to identify the request.
Children
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at pavkoapp@gmail.com so that the necessary actions can be taken.
Security
The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to protect the information processed by the Application. Information is transmitted to the services listed above over encrypted connections. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. You are advised to review this privacy policy periodically. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
Your consent
By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as set forth in this privacy policy now and as amended by the Service Provider.
